Organization is Key

Organization is key not only to an interior designer but for everyone. For myself creative ideas pop into my head and I like to execute quickly and if I am organized it makes things so much easier! I like these wire and plastic storage racks because they are reasonably priced, easy to transport, come in various sizes and assembly is simple.

I picked up several of these to hold bins, organize craft supplies, overflow pantry items and paper products and to organize our bedding linens.

Since we don’t have a linen closet in our house and because I have a ton of linens, I decided to use the extra space in my daughters closet to create one. I am please to have a space to put everything together because previously the various items were living in different closets throughout the home and I could never find anything when I went looking for it.

Using clear bins for crafts is the way to go! That way you can see what is in each bin without much effort and makes cleaning up after craft time quick and easy!
